Hamilton’s third annual Mini Maker Faire will be held on Sunday, August 25th, 2019. We’re fortunate to have the support of the Hamilton Museum of Steam & Technology to run this event. The Victorian industrial nature of this national historic site sets the perfect tone for the Faire. Hamilton has a long history of industry, invention, and ingenuity – through the Maker Faire, we will showcase maker culture in ‘the Hammer’ from the past and present.

Reach: The Maker Movement has captured the attention of the world. By joining the Maker Movement, we and our sponsors will connect with a growing, passionate audience. The 2015, 2016, and 2017 Hamilton Mini Maker Faires drew more than 1,600 visitors to the Museum of Steam and Technology – at the time, the highest single-day attendance at the museum, ever. This year, we are hoping to make the event even bigger and better, with more exhibitors, vendors, speakers, and activities (and more parking spots!).
Our target market consists of creative hobbyists, entrepreneurs, engaged parents and civic leaders. Our marketing and social media strategy will seek to reach as many local members of this audience as possible.
