Hello Hamilton Makers and Making Aficionados! We’d like to let you know some details about the next Hamilton Mini Maker Faire:
With the help of our sponsors and our wonderful host, the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology, Hammer City Makers have put together three amazing Maker Faires. Last year’s event was our biggest yet! Unfortunately, as an all-volunteer organization it’s difficult to maintain that level of intense effort year after year. As a result the planning committee has decided to postpone the next Hamilton Maker Faire to 2019. We’ll let you know when a date has been set. Until then, if you’d like to help make the 2019 Faire a reality we’d love your help! Email hammercitymakers@gmail.com if you’d like to volunteer on the planning committee.
To tide you over until 2019, visit the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology on Sunday August 26 for the “Tesla Electric Festival”, organized by Nikola Tesla Educational Corporation (NTEC), one of our exhibitors at the Makerfaire 2017.
